Or is this due of financial issues and have to eat random food available without having to do a grocery shopping?
Do you know how to cook?
Do you need someone to teach you?
Do you have access to a food bank, church or other religious institution that can help?
I’m asking because I’ve had to do meals like this before I learned how to really cook while also having to budget pennies to feed four. There is help out there and I am sure we can find cooking tutorials to help get through the basics that will open up doors for you.
If yall need help, please don’t be afraid to ask. There are pantries and other organisations popping up everywhere due to the sudden spike in the cost of living. If you need help finding somewhere near you, I’m sure the community here can help research and get you what you need
